Concurso – Primer premio. Actualmente en desarrollo.
La propuesta parte de cuatro premisas principales:
1.- Establecer una estrategia de conjunto que actúe de manera puntual, para mejorar la accesibilidad y la conectividad, tanto longitudinal como transversal. La propuesta plantea una estrategia abierta de actuación, que pueda ser dividida en el tiempo según las prioridades del barrio y los recursos económicos sin perder una visión global de toda el área.
2.- Organizar dos niveles de intervención, de distinto alcance: en la franja de equipamientos, estableciendo una urbanización unitaria que resuelva los problemas de conexión y accesibilidad, y en la plataforma intermedia anterior a ésta, que implemente las actuaciones ya previstas por el ayuntamiento.
3.- Preservar al máximo los edificios existentes, haciendo ligeras intervenciones en la edificación en dos puntos: reubicar “Can Ensenya”, dejando la estructura de la actual edificación como soporte para distintas actividades, y abrir un espacio público y de conexión en la calle Vila-seca, que abra el balcón de equipamientos a la cota más baja de Can Peguera.
4.- Aumentar el espacio verde en el barrio, aplicando criterios de minimización de los recursos hídricos y estableciendo zonas generosas de suelo drenante que ayuden a solucionar los actuales problemas en los días lluviosos.
CAN PEGUERA SERVICE STRIP AND PARK CONNECTIONS
Competition – First prize. Project development in process.
The proposal is based on four main points:
1.- Establish a joint strategy that acts in a timely manner, to improve both longitudinal and transversal accessibility and connectivity. The proposal lays out an open strategy of action, which can be divided in time according to the neighborhood priorities and the economic resources without losing a global vision of the whole area.
2.- Organize two levels of intervention, with different scopes: in the strip of equipment, it establishes a unitary urbanization that solves the problems of connection and accessibility, and in the intermediate platform before it, it implements the actions already planned by the city council .
3.- Preserve the existing buildings as much as possible, making slight interventions in the building in two points: relocate «Can Ensenya», leaving the structure of the current building as support for different activities, and open a public space and a connection to Vila-Seca Street, that opens the strip of equipments to the lowest level of Can Peguera.
4.- Increase the green space in the neighborhood, applying criteria of minimization of water resources and establishing generous areas of draining soil that help to solve current problems on rainy days.
